Ingredients

300 g Chicken / Fish
9 pieces Prawn
SET - B ------- ( Soup Mix )
1 1/2 Liter Water
1 TBSP Salt
6 pieces Onion ( Small Shallot )
6 cloves Garlic
3 inches Galangal
1 stick Lemon Grass
6 pieces Lime Leaf
1 flower Torch Ginger ( Slice in small size )
6 pieces Mushroom Chopped in cube @ quarter size
SET - C ------- ( Add Ons )
3 TBSP Tom Yam Paste Find the recipe for this Tom Yam Paste in Paste Section
5 TBSP Tamarind Paste
150 ml Coconut Milk
4 pieces Red Chili ( Whole pieces without cut )
1/2 piece Tomato Chopped in cube @ quarter size
SET - D ------- ( Serving )
3 Leaves Lettuce ( Fresh )
4 TBSP Coriander Leaf
2 tsp Spring Onion

Steps

Done

Making Stock / Broth

- In a cooking pot add water
- Add Prawn Head / Chicken Bone
- Boil For 10 min
- After Boil remove the prawn head / Chicken bone

Preparing Soup Mix

- Add ingredients SET - B
- Cook for 5 min
- Add SET - A
- Cook for 10 min
Fish / Prawn can be taken out from the soup 10 min of cooking and put aside for adding up before serving
( Note: Prawn Half done cooking time = 7 min & well done cooking time = 10 min )

Add ons

- Add Ingredients SET - C
( Note : DO NOT CUT fresh red chili. Add the whole chili for flavor. It can be cut / smashed at last if more spicy flavor is needed )

Serving

- DO NOT COOK the Lettuce. Put below serving pot and serve the soup on top of it
