4 TBSP SET - B1 ( Spices Mix ) Find the recipe in Spices Mix Section
OR SET - B2 ----- ( DIY Spices Mix )
3 tsp Coriander Powder
2 tsp Cumin Seed (whole ) Preferably use whole / half broken seed
2 tsp Ajwain
2 tsp Red Chili Pepper
1 tsp Dried Chili Flakes
1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1 tsp Turmeric
1 tsp Garam Masala ( Optional )
SET - C ----- ( Paste Mix )
1/2 cup Besan
1 tsp Lemon Juice
1 tsp Garlic Paste
1 tsp Salt
1 TBSP Tamarind
1 cup Water
1/2 cup Yogurt ( Optional )
SET - D ----- ( Dressing)
As required Chat Masala for Fried Fish
1 piece Lemon
1 piece Onion
