4 pieces Cloves
4 pieces Cardamom ( Green )
1 piece Cardamom ( Black )
2 inch Cinnamon Stick
8 pieces Black Pepper
1 pieces Bay Leaf
1 tsp Coriander Seed
1 tsp Cumin
1 pieces Star Anise ( Optional )
SET - C ------- ( Cooking Add on )
5 pieces Onion ( Medium Size ) 5 pieces of medium size of Onion Slice = 1 cup
1 Inch Ginger 1 inch Ginger = 1 tsp Paste
6 cloves Garlic 6 pieces Garlic = 1 tsp Paste
4 pieces Green Chili 4 pieces Chili = 1 tsp paste
1/2 tsp Turmeric
1 1/2 tsp Salt
750 ml Hot water

Steps

Done

Meat Cutting Size

- Whole Chicken > 20 pieces cut
- Beef / Mutton 1.5 x .5 inches size

Dal Toss Fry & Soak

- Toss fry Dal without any oil for few min
- Make sure that Dal does not get burned
- Then Soak the Dal in water for 15 min

Preparing Meat ( Meat 50 % Done )

- In a preheated cooking pot add 3 TBSP oil
- Add ( SET - C
- Stir fry for 1 min until it gets brown color
- Add Spice Mix ( SET - B1 / SET B2 )
- Stir fry for 1 more min until it aroma comes out
- Add Chicken / Beef
- Cook for 10 min until it gets little dry

Adding Rice & Dal

- Add Rice & Dal
- Add Hot Water 750 ml HOT water
- Cook in low medium heat 10 min
- Rest of the time cook in low heat
