2 pieces Salmon Fillet 150g - 200 g each Fillet
SET - B ----- ( Cooking Add On )
3 TBSP Butter
4 Cloves Garlic Minced
1 piece Onion ( Medium ) Minced
2 TBSP Lemon Juice
1/2 cup Fresh Cream ( Amul Fresh Cream )
4 TBSP Cheese ( Optional ) Shredded
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper Crashed
4 TBSP Parsley Leaf Chopped
1/2 cup Baby Spinach ( Optional )
SET - C ----- ( Garnishing )
Lemon Slices
SET - D ----- ( Side Dish )
4 pieces Asparagus ( Optional ) Steam
4 pieces Long Bean ( Optional ) Steam
4 pieces Broccoli ( Optional ) Steam
2 pieces Mashed / Baked potato

Seasoning

- Sprinkle a pinch of Salt and Black Pepper on Salmon Fillet both side

Cooking

- In preheated cooking pot add Butter
- Once Butter become melted , add salmon Fillet
- Cook for 5 min each side
- Add Chopped Garlic
- Add Chopped Onion
- Add Apple Juice / White Grape Juice
- Add Lemon Juice
- Add Fresh Cream and gently mix
- Add Salt & Black Pepper
- Add Persley
- Cook 10 min / till sauce become thick
