1/2 cup Flour
SET - B ------- ( Egg Mixture )
2 pieces Eggs
2 TBSP Parsley Finely chopped
1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese grated
1/4 tsp Pepper
pinch Salt
SET - C ------- ( Sauce )
4 TBSP Butter
4 TBSP Olive Oil
1 clove Garlic minced
1 cup Chicken Stock
1 cup White Wine
2 TBSP Lemon Juice

- - Mix and beat SET - A

Preparing Chicken

- - Cut chicken into butterfly
- - Flatten the thicker side using meat mallet
- - Coat with flour both sides
- - Dip in Egg mixture, both sides

Cooking

- - Add to pan with butter and olive oil
- - Cook each side for 4 min
- - Set aside
- - Deglaze pan with SET - C
- - Leave to reduce 2 min on high heat
- - Return chicken to the sauce on low heat not more that 30 seconds
