3 TBSP Butter
2 tsp Lemon Juice
1 piece Onion ( Medium ) Minced
1/2 cup Fresh Cream
1/4 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper
4 TBSP Parsley Leaf Minced
SET - C ----- ( Garnishing )
Lemon Slices
SET - D ----- ( Side Dish )
4 pieces Asparagus ( Optional ) Steam
4 pieces Long Bean ( Optional ) Steam
4 pieces Broccoli ( Optional ) Steam
2 pieces Mashed / Baked potato

Seasoning the Fish

- Sprinkle a pinch of Salt and Black Pepper on Salmon Fillet both side

Making the Sauce

- In preheated cooking pot add Butter
- Once Butter become melted , add salmon Fillet
- Cook for 5 min each side
- Add SET - C
- Cook 10 min or until sauce become thick
