250 grams Dried Chickpeas Soak and boiled
1 TBSP Baking Soda
SET - B ------- ( Add - ons )
1 piece Onion Roughly chopped
4 cloves Garlic
12 sprigs Coriander
10 sprigs Parsley
6 sprigs Dill
1/2 tsp Cinnamon Powder
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Hot Paprika
3 pieces Cloves
1 TBSP Baking Powder
2 TBSP Sesame Seeds
Oil for frying

Preparing Chickpea

- Soak chickpea with baking soda for 20 hours
- Drain
- Place in a food processor

Making into Mixture

- Add SET - B except sesame seeds
- Grind into rough texture, be careful to not over pulse
- Add sesame seeds and refrigerate for an hour

Making / Cooking

- Shape the mixture with your hands or with a falafel scoop. Make sure to oil your hands or the scoop to prevent sticking.
- Heat the oil with bubble temperature ( 180C )
- Place the patties carefully and fry for 5-6 min until crispy and brown
