600 g Boneless Chicken Cut into bite size cubes
1 TBSP Lemon Juice
pinch Salt
1 TBSP Ginger Garlic Paste
1/3 cup Yogurt
1 TBSP Red Chili
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Cumin
2 TBSP Oil ( for marination )
2 TBSP Oil ( for cooking )
SET - B ------- ( Gravy )
3 TBSP Oil
1 cup Onion
2 tsp Garlic Ginger Paste
1 cup Tomato Puree
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp Cumin
2 tsp Chili Powder
1/4 tsp Salt
SET - C ------- ( Add Ons )
1 cup Water
125 ml Thick Cream
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
1 TBSP Dry Fenugreek Leaves

Preparing Chicken

- Mix SET - A all together
- Marinate for 30 min.
- Pan fry both sides in oil
- Set aside

Making Gravy

- Fry onion until golden brown
- Add garlic paste
- Tomato Puree
- Cook 5- 6 min
- Add spices
- Saute for 1 min
- Add chicken
- Add water
- Cover and cook on low heat for 10 min
- Add thick cream
- Cook on low heat for 2 min
- Add spices and mix
