300 gms Chicken Breast
1 TBSP Garlic Ginger Paste
1 TBSP Red Chili Powder
1/4 tsp Salt
Oil To pan fry
SET - B ------- ( Gravy )
5 pieces Tomato cut into quarter
2 pieces Onion
1 TBSP Garlic Paste
1/2 cup Cashew Nuts
1 tsp Kasoori Methi
1/2 tsp Garam Masala
2 TBSP Chili Powder
5 TBSP Butter
1/4 tsp Salt
3 TBSP Cooking Cream

Preparing Chicken

- Combine SET - A
- Marinate for 30 min
- Fry and set aside

Making Gravy

- Saute onion in the same pan until translucent
- Add remaining of SET - B except cream
- Simmer for 15-20 min
- Blend mixture into puree
- Strain back to the pan
- Add chicken and butter
- Simmer for 5-7 min.
