2 pieces Salmon Fillet 150g - 200 g each Fillet ( Remove skin )
SET B ----- ( Cooking Add On )
3 TBSP Butter ( Salted )
3 Cloves Garlic Mince
2 TBSP Lemon Juice
4 TBSP Honey
2 pieces Lemon Wedges Wedges Cut
SET - C ----- ( Garnishing )
2 pieces Lemon Slices
SET - D ----- ( Side Dish )
4 pieces Asparagus ( Optional ) Steam
4 pieces Long Bean ( Optional ) Steam
4 pieces Broccoli ( Optional ) Steam
2 pieces Mashed / Baked potato

Preparing Salmon

Remove Salmon Skin
- In preheated cooking pot add Butter
- Add chopped garlic
- Add lemon juice
- Add honey
- Stir well
- Add salmon filet
- Cook for 5 min and spread the sauce on top of the salmon
- Add lemon wedges

Oven / Broil

- Set the oven at Broil setting
- Broil for 10 min
- Spread the sauce over the fish
- Broil for 5 min again
